Marking officials

Once a fixture is decided, you can mark the officials who covered it — a 1–5 score with an optional comment, the way FA clubs mark referees every weekend. Marking is available on every plan — Community, Event Pass, Pro and Pro Plus alike.

Rate an official

On a division's schedule → Officials tab, the Rate officials section lists every decided fixture that had an accepted official. Tap one of the five scoreboard tiles — 1 to 5 — to set the mark; the lit tile is your score. There are no stars: digits are the scoreboard vernacular. One tap saves it. You can change or clear a mark any time — leagues correct marks — and there is one mark per assignment.

Marking only opens for an accepted assignment on a decided or finalized fixture: you can't rate someone who declined, and you can't rate a match that hasn't been played.

See an official's average

In Directory → Officials, choose Marks on any official to see their average as a scorebug badge, the count, and the last five comments with their fixture labels. This aggregate is your organisation's marks only.

Privacy — marks are org-private

Marks never leave your console. The official sees only their own running average across every league, and only once at least 3 marks exist — never an individual mark, never a comment, never which organisation gave what. Marks do not appear on public pages, shared dashboards or any cross-org directory, and there are no referee league tables.

Marks bind to the performance, not the result

A mark rates how the official performed, so it stays even if the result is later voided — voiding a fixture's result never voids the performance the mark rated. The mark keeps counting in the average.
