Community — free forever

Run real competitions, free: 10 active competitions, 4 divisions in each, 5 team members, 64 entrants per division, 1 public dashboard, full scoring and scheduling, and unlimited match officials per fixture. Your organisation logo sits on your public pages, you can charge entry fees (by card or offline) at an 8% platform fee, exports come out as plain PDF/XLSX, and your organisation gets 10 AI credits a month to spend on AI scheduling and officials. When a competition is finished, complete or archive it to free its slot. Divisions work differently: archiving one gives its slot back only if it never recorded a result (archive and delete).

Event Pass — from $29 one-time

One-time upgrade for a single competition, while that competition is still running, without a subscription. It comes in two sizes, and the only difference between them is how big that one event may get:

• M — $29: 128 entrants per division, up to 10 divisions.
• L — $59: unlimited entrants, up to 20 divisions.

Both sizes carry everything else identically: branded exports, public player cards, sponsor tiers and paid packages, the realtime scoreboard and slideshow, advanced formats including double elimination, a one-time top-up of 25 AI credits, and a 5% platform fee on entry fees instead of 8%. Pick the size at checkout — a competition holds one pass and keeps it.

Your brand colour is not part of either size — that stays Pro. A passed competition doesn't count against your active-competition limit. Right for the tournament that comes round rarely enough that a running subscription doesn't pay for itself. It doesn't carry to the next edition. What the pass buys, in full.

Pro — $19/month, up to 5 organisations

Unlimited active competitions and divisions, 256 entrants per division, 15 team members — plus the organiser toolkit: your brand colour on public pages and share images (the logo is free everywhere), a 2% platform fee on entry fees, spreadsheet imports and branded exports, clubs, player stats, advanced formats, read-only API keys and embeds (score & manage keys need Pro Plus), and 60 AI credits a month. Also unlocks automatic suspension tracking, rating your match officials, and auto-drafted result posts. Starts with a 14-day trial, no card required — one trial per organisation, whether you start it yourself or our team sets one up for you; if you come back to Pro later, billing starts from day one.

Pro Plus — $39/month, up to 10 organisations

Everything in Pro, plus unlimited entrants per division, unlimited seats, teams and clubs, a 1% platform fee on entry fees (Pro pays 2%), 200 AI credits a month on a shared operator wallet, automatic officials assignment, a write-scoped API key for integrations, and priority support. Built for platforms, leagues and federations running many competitions at once. The pricing page shows Pro Plus as a full fourth card — badged "Popular" — alongside Community, Event Pass and Pro, with a comparison table underneath that gives each Event Pass size its own column.

Coming soon to Pro Plus — on the roadmap, not yet purchasable: a multi-org command centre, shared templates & branding across organisations, cross-competition analytics, custom domain & white-label, SSO / SAML, an SLA & dedicated support, data export & warehouse, and bulk & scheduled automation.

Match officials — included on every plan

Assigning match officials — referees, umpires, judges and more, multiple roles per person, and organiser marks — is free on every plan, Community included. There's no officials paywall and no per-fixture cap. Automatic officials assignment is the one part that stays Pro Plus. See match officials.

The platform fee on entry fees

Charging entry fees is free on every plan — Community included. What the plan changes is the platform fee we keep on card payments:

One subscription can cover several organisations

A subscription is a billing group: one card and one invoice for up to 5 organisations on Pro, or 10 on Pro Plus. The first is the plan's normal price and each one after that is no more than half — $9/month on Pro, $19/month on Pro Plus. Every organisation in the group runs on the group's plan, so its entry-fee rate follows too. Community holds one organisation. See one subscription, several organisations.

Changing plan or billing period mid-cycle

Switch plan — up or down — or flip between monthly and yearly, and we don't wait for your next renewal. The change is priced on the spot, and you see an itemised table before you confirm, taken live from our payment processor so the figure is exact:

Upgrading mid-cycle only charges the difference for the days that are left, so it's cheap — not a fresh full period. Downgrading usually costs nothing today: the unused time you'd paid for turns into account credit that pays your next invoices automatically, shown as "Credit to your balance" instead of a charge. On a free trial, any change is still free — the table shows "No charge today" and tells you the date of your first charge. Whatever the case, the number you confirm is the number you're billed.

Common questions

If I change plan mid-month, do I get charged twice? No. You pay only the prorated difference for the time left in the current period, shown in an itemised table before you confirm — and a downgrade turns your unused time into account credit rather than a charge. See changing plan mid-cycle.

Does a passed competition use up an active-competition slot? No — a competition covered by an Event Pass doesn't count against your plan's active-competition limit, so a Community org running its annual tournament on a pass still has all 10 free slots.

Is AI Schedule a paid feature? No — AI Schedule runs on every plan, including Community. What it spends is your organisation's AI credit wallet: each plan's monthly grant is listed with the plan above, an Event Pass adds a one-time top-up, and you can buy packs on top. What happens to my data if I stop paying? Nothing is deleted, ever — see downgrading.

Where are receipts? Every invoice is emailed to your billing address when it's charged. Your plan, payment card, billing address and VAT details are all managed in Settings → Billing — no external portal.
