Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Community plan is free forever and requires no payment details. The Pro trial also starts without a card.
What exactly does an Event Pass cover?
One competition, for as long as it’s running. The M pass ($29) gives that competition 10 divisions and 128 entrants per division; the L pass ($59) takes the same competition to 20 divisions and no entrant limit at all. Either way you get advanced formats, exports and realtime, the same one-time +25 AI credits added to your wallet, and a 5% platform fee on its entry fees instead of Community’s 8% — and it stops counting against your free active-competition slot. Pick the size at checkout; a competition holds one pass and keeps it. Your club logo and card entry fees work on every plan already, pass or no pass. Other competitions in your org stay on Community limits.
I bought an Event Pass and later went Pro — what happens?
While you're on Pro, Pro's limits apply across the whole organisation — and on the competition you passed, the two are read together: whichever limit is higher wins, so nothing the pass bought is taken back. If you ever cancel Pro the pass carries that competition on its own, for as long as it is still running — a pass is tied to the competition it was bought for and stops with it.
What happens when my Pro trial or subscription ends?
Your org drops back to Community limits automatically. Nothing is deleted — competitions over the limit become read-only until you archive down to quota or upgrade again.
Can I charge entry fees?
Yes, on every plan — Community included. What your plan buys is a cheaper cut: the platform fee is 8% on Community, 5% on a competition with an Event Pass, 2% on Pro and 1% on Pro Plus. Connect your club's Stripe account and fees from online registration are paid out directly to the club.
Can one subscription cover more than one organisation?
Yes. A subscription is a billing group: it can hold several organisations under one card and one invoice, and each organisation after the first costs no more than half your plan’s rate. Every organisation in the group runs on the group’s plan, so joining a Pro Plus group takes an organisation’s entry-fee rate from 8% to 1%. Payouts are untouched — each organisation keeps its own Stripe account and its own bank details.

USD, EUR, GBP, INR and AUD — use the switcher above. Your first checkout pins the currency for future renewals.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — annual billing saves 30%, and it's the default on the Pro card above.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. Your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period.
What's in Pro Plus?
Everything in Pro, plus unlimited members, teams and clubs inside every organisation, a 1% platform fee, the largest monthly AI credit grant, auto officials assignment, write API access and priority support. Pro is $19/month; Pro Plus is $39/month or $327/year. Pro covers up to 5 organisations on one bill and Pro Plus up to 10, each extra one at no more than half the base rate.
