Matchday documents

The Documents menu on a division or competition generates the paperwork you hand out or print for matchday: a timetable for the venue, blank scoresheets for the table, a rota for your officials, and tickets for the gate. Each is a real export you download — nothing is emailed automatically.

Order of play

The timetable: every fixture's time, court and entrants for the day, in schedule order. Useful pinned to a noticeboard or handed to a venue manager who has no console access.

Match sheets

Blank scoresheets, one per fixture, ready to print and clip to a board — for scorers working on paper instead of the live console, or as a backup if a device dies mid-match.

Officials rota

Every assignment for the day, grouped by official: who's covering which fixture, court and time. The same data your officials see on their own /me home, laid out for a printed sheet at the officials' table.

Admit tickets

One ticket per entrant (or per seat, for team/pair events), each carrying a QR code. Scanning it at the gate opens the entrant's status page — the fastest way to confirm who's checked in without looking anyone up by name.

PDF vs XLSX

Order of play and match sheets are tabular, so both export as PDF (for printing) or XLSX (for reworking in a spreadsheet — reordering courts, adding notes, importing into another system). Admit tickets are PDF only — they're designed to be printed or shown on a phone at the gate, not edited.

Branded vs plain

On Pro — or for a competition holding an Event Pass — every export carries your organisation's masthead: logo, name and a tier-grouped sponsor line, so anything you hand out or print looks like it came from your event. On the free plan the same documents export as clean, unbranded tables: same data, same layout, no masthead or sponsor line.

The personal rota on /me

An official doesn't need console access to get their own day's schedule: their /me home has a Download my rota button in the officiating lane, exporting just their own assignments as a PDF — no need to wait for someone to hand them the full officials rota.
