Create your organisation

Everything you run on seazn.club lives inside an organisation — your club, league or school. You get one automatically when you sign up, and you can rename it whenever you like. The free Community plan covers one organisation; running more than one means a paid plan, where a single subscription can cover several — see one subscription, several organisations.

Set it up

1. Sign in and open Settings → Organisation.
2. Rename it to what players will recognise — the name appears on every public page.
3. Add a logo — free on every plan — so dashboards and share images carry your identity. A brand colour on top of it is a Pro feature.
4. Invite teammates under Settings → Team — owners and admins can edit everything, scorers only score their assigned matches, viewers can look but not touch. Invites never change an existing member's role: a viewer who accepts an umpire invite keeps viewer access and just gains those matches to score (how scorer invites work).

Get set up to get paid

The welcome tour walks you through this next, right after naming your organisation:

1. Connect Stripe under Settings → Connect so you can take card entry fees — registrants pay at sign-up and the money settles straight into your own Stripe account. It's a one-time, secure onboarding; here's the whole money journey.
2. Check Settings → Plan & Billing — you start on the free Community plan, and it can already take card entry fees. Upgrading doesn't switch payments on; it lowers the platform fee (8% on Community, 5% with an Event Pass, 2% on Pro, 1% on Pro Plus) and raises your limits. Compare plans whenever you're ready. Common questions

Can I run more than one organisation? On a paid plan, yes — switch between them from the organisation menu. Each keeps its own competitions, team and Stripe payouts, but they don't need separate subscriptions: one plan covers up to 5 organisations on Pro or 10 on Pro Plus, with each one after the first at no more than half the base rate. Community covers one organisation. See one subscription, several organisations.

Who can see my organisation? Only what you explicitly share. Competitions start Private; your public page at /shared/your-org lists only competitions you make Public.
