Operator console

Pro Plus operators run several organisations on one shared credit wallet. The operator console shows the pool balance and lets you set a monthly credit cap per organisation so no single member burns the whole month.

What the operator console is

If you pay for a Pro Plus billing group that covers more than one organisation — a federation, an academy, a county body — the operator console appears on your Plan & Billing page. It is the command center for the shared AI-credit wallet that every organisation in the group spends from.

It shows:

  • Pool balance — the credits available right now across the whole group, and a Top up button that buys more (they never expire and are shared by every member).
  • A row per organisation — its monthly credit cap and how much it has used this month.
  • Add organisation — jumps to the group panel, where you move another organisation onto the bill.

Only the group payer sees the console. A member organisation's owner manages their own competitions, but the wallet and the caps belong to whoever pays for the group.

Why per-organisation caps

Every organisation in the group spends from the same pool. Without a limit, one busy club could use the whole month's credits before the others get a look in. A monthly cap is a hard ceiling on how many credits one organisation may spend in a calendar month:

  • Unlimited — the organisation draws freely from the shared pool (the default).
  • A number — the organisation may spend up to that many credits this month. When it reaches the cap, its AI runs are declined until the next reset, even if the pool still has credits.

Caps and the monthly grant reset on the 1st of each month. Bought packs and Event Pass credits in the pool never expire — the cap limits spending, not the pool itself.

Setting a cap

  1. Open Plan & Billing and find the Operator section.
  2. On the organisation's row, select its current cap to open the editor.
  3. Choose Unlimited share of the pool, or Limit to a whole number of credits.
  4. Save. The new cap applies immediately and resets with the month.

The Used this period figure in the editor is that organisation's spend so far this month, so you can size a cap against real usage.

Topping up the pool

Top up opens the credit-pack picker and charges the group's card in your group's currency. The new credits land in the shared pool straight away and every organisation — within its cap — can spend them.

Adding an organisation

Add organisation takes you to the Organisations on this bill panel. Moving an organisation onto the group's subscription puts it on the shared wallet and your plan's lower entry-fee rate. See Billing groups for how attaching and removing organisations works.
