Invite your team

Bring committee members, scorers and spectators into your organisation from Settings → Team. There are two ways to invite, and both let you pick the role people arrive with.

Invite by email

Type an address, pick a role and press Send invite. The person gets an email with a personal join link that's valid for 7 days, works exactly once, and only for the address it was sent to — another account opening it is turned away. Pending email invites stay listed in the Team panel until they're accepted, expire or you revoke them — you can also copy the personal link from there and share it yourself.

Someone new to Seazn Club doesn't need to set anything up first: opening the link and pressing Accept creates their account, signs them in and joins them in one step — the email itself is the proof of identity, so there's no password and no second sign-in email. Anyone who already has a Seazn Club account signs in as usual before accepting, so a forwarded link can never get into an existing account.

Invite by link

Create a shareable link and drop it in the group chat. Anyone who opens it joins as the role you picked. Links last 24 hours, work for any number of people, and stay listed in the Team panel until they expire or you revoke them — closing the tab doesn't lose the link.

Roles

• Admin — can manage competitions, entrants and settings.
• Viewer — read-only access to the console.
• Scorer — only scores the matches they're assigned (how scorer invites work).

Invites never change an existing member's role — accepting a second invite adds capabilities at most, it can't demote or promote anyone.

Common questions

Someone's invite email didn't arrive? Open the pending invite in the Team panel and use Copy link to send their personal link over any channel.

Can I cut off a link I shared too widely? Yes — press Revoke next to it. Everyone who already joined stays; nobody new can use it.

Do members carry across organisations? No. Membership is always per organisation, so someone who helps with two of them needs an invite to each — even when both organisations are paid for by the same billing group. Joining an organisation and paying for one are separate things: a member never sees the group's card or invoices, and whoever pays doesn't become a member of anything.
