Claim your player profile

Organisers add players to their club directory; claiming links that entry to your own login. It's free on every plan — you don't need to belong to the organisation, and one login can hold profiles at several clubs.

How claiming works

An organiser sends you a claim invite by email. Open the link, sign in with that same email address (a magic link, no password), and tap This is me. The link works for 14 days and for one profile. Signing in accepts our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy — the notice sits under the sign-in button.

Signed in with a different address? The page will tell you — sign out and sign in with the invited one. If the organiser used the wrong address, ask them to re-send the invite. If the link says expired, withdrawn or already claimed, a fresh invite fixes it — your profile and history are unaffected.

Your player home

Once claimed, /me is your player home across every club:

• Next match and everything coming up — with the competition, venue and time.
• RSVP availability — tap In, Maybe or Out on any upcoming match, with an optional note ("away that weekend"). Organisers see your answer right where they pick lineups.
• Recent results and your teams — across all your clubs in one list.

Check in at the venue

Some organisers pin up a check-in QR on match day. Scan it, tap once, and you're marked as at the venue in their lineup view. Checking in also counts as an "In" RSVP unless you'd already answered differently.

What's public about you

Claiming puts your consent switches in your hands: show my name publicly and show my photo publicly, per club. Flip one and your public player card updates immediately — including disappearing entirely when you turn your name off.

Consent and the club's plan are two different locks, and both have to be open. Your consent is yours: nothing the club pays for publishes you, and with show my name publicly off there is no card at any price. The plan decides whether public cards exist for that club at all — they need Pro or Pro Plus, or an Event Pass on the competition. On a Community club there are no public player cards, so your switches simply have nothing public to govern until the club upgrades. Claiming, your player home, RSVPs, check-in, uploading a photo and the switches themselves work on every plan.

Under 16? An organiser manages these settings until your 16th birthday (they'll usually have a guardian's consent on file). Everything else on your player home works the same.
